This multiple cutting machine is a hand operated  equipment
   suitable for  cutting  slabs into bars and bars into cakes.
   When the slabs are cut into-bars,there is no need  to touch
   or  handle  the bars for cutting the cakes but only to move
   the handle and cakes will cut according to the desired size
   as  per  adjustments  done  in  the frame, sizes. These are
   fitted  with cutting frames which are detachable. The frame
   is with steel spring wires.

    The robustly fabricated Stamping press (foot operated) is
    suitable to stamp out cakes/Bars and Half Bars etc. It is
    arranged  with  safety  devices  on either end to prevent
    accidents during operation.  Light and Heavy stamping can
    be had by adjustment of weight of ram.

    The Mini-Model toilet  soap  plant is fully equipped  with
    all neccessary  soap   producing  machinery.  These  small
    equipments  are fitted  on a sturdy Angle Iron frame table
    duly  covered  with  Aluminium  or  Stainless steel  sheet
    Operation   of  all  machines   is  connected  with  their
    respective  motor,  V  Belts and pulleys, and  any  single 
    machine  can  easily  be  operated on the table.  It is  a 
    noiseless plant  and  most suitable for cottage Industries 
    in  rural  areas.  The  capacity  is  approx 10 kg/hr  and 
    the power required is 10 HP.

    Double / Single  Hopper  Chipping  machine  is  specially
    designed for  higher  output  of  soap  chips. Cutting of
    chips through an  adjustable gunmetal cutting disc housed
    with  steel  Blades  for  getting  thick/thin  chips. The
    production rate as given is merely for soap ingredients

    PLODDER : The  extrusion  Machine or Plodder is a  crucial
    piece of  equipment in the  entire  Soap Unit. It  plays a
    major  role  and give a  final  shape  in bar  form to any
    soap mass.  The ribbon like mass  passes  through the load
    thrust  carrier  plodding   the  mass  compactly giving it
    high  quality  fineness. The Thrust  load carrier extrudes
    the  mass  in  bar  form.  Distinctive design  of  die  is
    provided   with  the  mouth  piece of  extrusion barrel to
    achieve  a  particular  size of bar  and then it  can  cut
    into the  convenient size of cakes. The  extrusion machine
    is arranged with suitable heating &  cooling arrangements.

    Besides  these simplex  plodders, which have a single worm 
    local carrier), others with twin worms are also available.
    For  high  T.F.M.  toilet  soaps,  the  two stage (duplex)
    plodders are manufactured with provisions for vaccum  made 
    in them to reduce  moisture content  in the  final product 
    bar being extruded.

    This  modern  Mixer  is  carefully  designed  to  produce
    uniform  texture  of  Soap  chips with colour and perfume
    Mixing  action  is  obtained  by the specially shaped "Z"
    blades  set  on  parallel  shafts  mounted   with   close
    clearence in a double 'U' shaped trough. With the help of
    blades  the  mass  is rolled and  folded  back and pushed
    down to join the separate layers. This action is repeated
    until   desired   uniformity   is  obtained. The  tilting
    arrangement  in  small  unit is through manual  operation
    and  in  larger units this  is further incorporated  with
    gear  box and motor to be operated by Electric Control.

    Each  soap  paste  duly  mixed  with  colour  and  perfume
    requires a close grinding of mixed mass to  bring fineness
    and homogeneity. The action of grinding or  calendering of
    the mass is done by means of passing through the close gap
    of rolls to form ribbon  like shape.  It  is done for good
    texture  and  odour  of  toilet soap  and detergent cakes.
    Rolls  are  kept  cool  during   operation  as per cooling
    arrangement  already  provided  in  the machine  and water
    circulates in the rolls  accordingly  to  avoid stickiness
    of mass with the  rolls  and to bring a  uniformity with a
    sophisticated fineness in the  mass.  Tri-roll   mills are
    fabricated  in   mild  steel  with  special  alloy chilled
    rolls.

This  machine  is  mounted  at the mouth of  the
plodder and operates without power and is driven
by  the  forced  travel of the extruded bar from
the plodder.
The  machine has two stainless steel guide rings
mounted with  suitable cutting knives to cut the
soap bar into required lengths.
The  speed  and  output can be synchronised with
the plodder discharge capacity.

The  machine  works  on the reciprocating motion
principle. A set of bars are moved across a wire
frame  suitably  adjusted  for the length of cut
required and these are cut accordingly.
It  is  motorised with a 1.5 HP Motor and fitted
with   a  suitable  gear  box  and  can  be  run
continuously.

This   machine  works  on  the  rotating  knives
principle. The  knives  are so adjusted so as to
cut  straight  while  the  bar is in motion. The
knives  are  set  according to the length of cut
required  and the speed of rotation of the chain
of  knives is synchronised with the speed of the
extruded  bar  from the plodder so as to achieve
the best results.
The machine comes in Fixed Chain type / Variable
Chain type and is  fitted  with  a drive  of 1.5
HP capacity, either electric or pneumatic.

This  machine  is  designed  to  perform
on  the  revolving die box principle and
with   the   double   stamping  achieved
through a toggle action, which  enhances
the  finish  &  stamping  quality of the
soap    cakes.   Outputs    vary    from
100 cakes/min to 140 cakes/min depending
on the type of soap being stamped. It is
possible to stamp half-bars  also  at  a
rate of 40 bars/min to 70 bars/min.  The
machine is available in both  the  right
angled    feed    and   parallel   feed,
configurations. The machine can be  used
to  produce  banded cakes with a minimum
side  band  of  5 mm and total thickness
of   upto   50  mm.   The   drive  is  a
5 HP Geared Motor of 155 rpm.

This  machine  is  designed  to  perform  on the
revolving  die box principle and with the double
stamping achieved through a toggle action, which
improves  the  quality and finish of the stamped
soap cake.
Outputs  vary from 80 cakes/min to 120 cakes/min
depending on type and size of cake.
It  is  an ideal machine for stamping soap cakes
upto 50 gms using the duplex die box.It can also
be used for soaps upto 100 gms using the simplex
die  box. It can stamp cakes with a minimum band
width of 4 mm.
The  feed  in  the machine is through a magazine
feed  box  and  discharge  is  onto a continuous
conveyor.
The drive is 3 HP Geared Motor of around 150 rpm.

These are a range of  geared
pumps used for feeding  soap

principle  achieved  through
a   set   of  double-helical
Sears,  which  are  made  of
alloy   steel  and  suitably
treated. The shafts, sleeves
and  housings  are also made
of alloy  steel and suitably
hardened   and  ground.  The
sealing   is   through  PTFE

gland  packing  and the main bearings are mounted externally. Available in
capacities of  500  kg/hr, 1000  kg/hr & 2000 kg/hr.  Can  be connected to
dynodrives for best results.

These pumps  are  used
for dosing any type of
viscous  liquids  like
